New customers will receive a "Welcome Email" once access is approved. This process could take up to 24 hours. Until then, you can view prices and place orders for everything in the store, except "Tanning Lotion and Clearance". These are protected areas of the store.

Lotion Orders: will be processed and shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground delivery. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery is available at an additional cost. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive order from the date order is placed. COD charges are an additional $9.00. UPS will not accept cash or personal check. All orders must be paid by cashiers check or money order. All refused COD packages are subject to a $25.00 re-handling fee that must be paid before future orders are shipped.

Returns and Exchanges: Returns must be approved by Atlantic Tan. NO RETURNS on Body Wrap supplies. No exceptions. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges. No refunds on special ordered parts, acrylics, tanning lamps and sunless tanning solution. Please don't return orders without prior approval. No credit will be given on returns without approval.
