that a tanning bed is a significant investment, and we want
you to be comfortable with your decision before making this

Do
you have financing or leasing?
Yes we do for those who qualify. We can take your application
over the phone and begin the process today. The application
only takes a few minutes and we can usually have an answer
on residential orders within a few minutes. Commercial leases
may take several days, since there is more involved.
Can
I buy a tanning bed with a check / credit card / money order?
Yes. We take all major credit cards, Pay Pal, money orders
and bank wires. If you need to pay by check it will need to
be a certified bank check. This will ensure quick shipment
of your order. No personal checks are accepted.
How
long will it take to get my tanning bed after I order it?
It depends on where you live. Typically the tanning equipment
will ship the day after the order is received. Your tanning
bed should arrive within
7 to 10
business days.
Can
I come and pick up my tanning bed at your warehouse?
Yes, but call ahead of time to make sure the system is
in stock. We will reserve one and have it ready at our docks.
Do
you have a showroom?
Sure, come on buy anytime during business hours, no appointment
is necessary. We will be happy to have you visit.
Can
I track my order?
Call us for the tracking number for your tanning equipment.
We will give you the phone number and other important information
to make tracking easy or we will have the order tracked for
you. For lotion orders, we can email your invoice along with
the UPS tracking number at your request. This will allow you
to know when to expect your package.
What
happens if my tanning bed is damaged during shipping?
Call us; we will take care of everything. This is one advantage
of purchasing from us; we do not ship "Freight Collect",
where you would have to file the claims. Call and we will
help assess the damage and either ship a new tanning bed
or a new part, depending on what is needed. Damage in transit
happens in less than 1% of the tanning beds we ship, so it
is not likely that this will become an issue.
How
do you deal with warranty issues?
Directly. Because we are the authorized distributor for
the manufacturer, one phone call will handle all issues for
you. You call the same phone number for service, parts, sales,
lotions or support: 1-800-831-7649. This means you don't get
the run around.
What
is a "Buck/Boost Transformer" and do I need one?
It is a device that will alter the incoming voltage to
a device (like a tanning bed) by a fixed ratio, such as 5%
or 10%. This has the effect of changing 210VAC to 231VAC, or
changing 250VAC to 225VAC, so that the voltage is within the
tolerances of the equipment. Voltage must be below 230 VAC
to ensure the most efficient output. This will ensure the
best tanning results. Your electrician should check the outlet
for voltage before installing the tanning bed . We will ship
your buck booster preset for your tanning bed, according to
the voltage reading provided by your electrician. If you have

What
if I need service or parts?
We stock all the parts for most of our tanning beds and
can usually ship them out within one day of ordering. We
have service licensed technicians nationwide, so when you
need a repair, just give a call and we will locate a licensed
technician in your area.
How
often should I change my lamps?
Each brand of tanning lamp has a different life expectancy,
typically 800 to 1000. We recommend residential tanning lamps
be changed about every 3 years. Replacement of tanning bulbs
in commercial tanning equipment .varies with usage.
Will
I be able to get replacement lamps? What kind of replacements
can I use?
Yes. We carry all replacement lamps for our beds. When
you are ready to replace your tanning lamps, call our customer
service department. Lamps are upgraded by the manufacturer
every year, so it is important for you to call us to get the
most compatible tanning lamp for you tanning equipment. We
offer the lowest prices on all Wolff tanning lamps and will
be able to offer advice when wanting to upgrade your lamps
to a stronger tanning lamp.

can I buy tanning lotions, parts and accessories?
